ConfigServer Firewall

Login to WHM Server

Search for Plugins

Select the option “ConfigServer Security & Firewall
It will give the screen like as below
Go to the csf tab
Search for the particular IP to check any blockage in the server firewall.

ConfigServer Mail Queue

Login to WHM Server

Search for Plugins

Select the option “ConfigServer Mail Queues
It will give the screen like as below
Queue need to clear accordingly.
