What to do if my VPS is down?

If you seem that your VPS is down, follow the below steps to check the issue and resolve at the earlest.

Step 1. Check if your local system network is working fine or not, check by changing to the different network. Check by pinging the VPS IP address using the below steps.

  1. Open your local system command Prompt and type below command.
Ping VPS Ip address

2. If you see that VPS is pinging perfectly and you are not able access the RDP then type below command in the command prompt.

telnet VPSIPADDRS 5589/4489/3389

3. Try all three RDP port, if none of them are not responding then open the Ticket on our Support email ID “” and share the error snapshot along with the login details to check the issue.
