How to set routing in Office365

In order to set the routing rule for your Office365 account follow the below steps.

  1. Login to your Office365 Admin console using the below URL.

2. Once you logged in under your admin console go to the admin center and then click on the “Exchange” option from there.

3. Once you click on the “Exchange” it will open your Office364 exchange home page from there click on the “mail flow” and under the “mail flow” click on the “message trace” option.

4. Click on the “plus” in order to create a rule and select create a new rule.

5. In the rule creation windows specify the rule settings as per your rquirement and click on the “save” option.
