Follow the below mentioned steps in order to change the password of your existing email account.
- Login to your Google workspace admin console using below URL.
2. Go to the Users section and it will list all of the existing users.
3. Click on the Username which password you want to change and click on the “Reset Password” option.
4. It will open a popup for the new password here you can select the TWO options check mark on appropriate option and reset the password of your email account.
a. “Generate password automatically” this will generate the password automatically for your email account or if you want to reset as per your need un check mark this option.
b. “ask for password change at next login” if you checkmark this option then after changing the password when the user login the first time then he needs to change the password again.
